These Products are designed to provide superior value, ensuring access to exclusive content, advanced tools, and greater efficiency in managing their learning.

Product Description
Prices, descriptions, and availability of Products are specified in the respective sections of Accademica and are subject to change without notice. Updates to the prices and features of the Products may depend on special promotions, market changes, or service improvements, and such changes will always be communicated promptly.
Although the Products on Accademica are presented with the greatest technical accuracy possible, the representation on Accademica by any means (including, where applicable, graphic materials, images, colors, sounds) is to be understood as a mere reference and does not imply any guarantee regarding the characteristics of the purchased Product. Users are encouraged to contact customer service for further details or clarification about any Product before making a purchase.
The characteristics of the selected Product will be specified during the purchase process. It is essential for the User to carefully review these characteristics to understand exactly what the Product includes and the benefits it can offer in terms of features and additional advantages compared to the free offering.
Purchase Procedure
Each step, from selecting the product to placing the order, is part of the purchase process. The entire process has been designed to be simple and transparent, allowing Users to make informed choices about every aspect of the purchase.
The purchase procedure includes the following steps:
- Product Selection: Users are asked to choose the desired Product and verify their purchase choice, ensuring that the Product meets their personal and professional needs.
- Verification of Details: After checking the information visible in the purchase choice, Users can place the order. During this phase, it is important to verify that all the information provided is correct and complete to avoid delays or issues during delivery.
Placing the Order
- Placing the order by the User concludes the contract and obligates the User to pay the price, taxes, and any additional charges and fees, as specified on the order page. It is essential that the User is fully aware of these costs and confirms their intention to proceed with the purchase.
- If the purchased Product requires active participation from the User, such as providing information or personal data, specifications, or special requests, placing the order also obligates the User to cooperate accordingly. Such cooperation may include entering information necessary for the personalization of the service.
- Once the order has been placed, the Users will receive a confirmation of receipt of the order. This confirmation includes details of the purchased Product, the amount paid, and other relevant information. It is important to keep this confirmation as proof of purchase.
All notifications related to the above purchase procedure will be sent to the email address provided by the User for this purpose. The User is responsible for ensuring that their email address is correct and accessible to receive all communications properly.
Prices
During the purchase process and before placing the order, Users are duly informed of all fees, taxes, and costs (including any shipping charges) that will be charged to them. Prices are clearly indicated to ensure transparency and avoid any misunderstandings.
The prices on Accademica:
- Depending on the section the User is viewing, include all applicable fees, taxes, and costs or are stated net of applicable fees, taxes, and costs. Users must carefully check the pricing information to avoid misunderstandings.
Promotions and Discounts
The Owner may offer discounts or special promotions for the purchase of Products. Such promotions or discounts are always subject to the requirements and terms and conditions set forth in the respective section of Accademica. Promotions may include price reductions, early access to new features, or exclusive benefits for loyal users.
Promotions and offers are always granted at the sole discretion of the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion without notice if deemed necessary.
Repeated or periodic promotions or discounts do not constitute any claim or enforceable right for Users in the future. Users are encouraged to take advantage of the offers available at the time they are active, as there is no guarantee that the same promotions will be offered in the future.
Depending on the case, discounts and promotions are valid for a specific period of time or until stocks are exhausted. Unless otherwise specified, the time limitations of promotions and discounts refer to the time zone of the Owner's headquarters, as indicated in the contact details in this document. Users must consider the indicated deadlines to avoid missing the opportunity to take advantage of discounts.
Duration of the Contract
Subscriptions
With a subscription, the User receives a Product continuously or periodically. Details regarding the type of subscription and termination are described below. Subscriptions offer different levels of access to premium features and exclusive content, depending on the preferences and needs of the User.
Fixed-Term Subscriptions
Paid fixed-term subscriptions commence on the day the Owner receives the payment and remain active for the subscription duration chosen by the User or otherwise indicated during the purchase process. Users can choose between different subscription durations, such as monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on their needs and budget.
Once the subscription duration has ended, the Product will no longer be accessible. However, the User has the option to renew their subscription to continue using the service. The Owner will send reminder notifications before the subscription expires to facilitate renewal.
Automatic Renewal of Fixed-Term Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically with a charge to the payment method chosen by the User at the time of purchase. This feature helps avoid interruptions in service access, ensuring continuity and convenience for the User.
The renewal has the same duration as the original subscription period. Users can disable automatic renewal at any time from their account settings if they do not wish to extend the subscription upon expiration.
Termination
Subscriptions can be terminated by sending a clear and unequivocal cancellation notice to the Owner, using the contact details provided in this document or – if applicable – following the instructions on Accademica. Termination implies the cessation of the contract and access to the premium features of the service.
If the termination notice reaches the Owner before the subscription renewal date, the termination will take effect at the end of the current period. Users will continue to have access to the Product until the end of the period for which they have paid.
User Rights
Right of Withdrawal
EU Users
In accordance with European consumer protection legislation (Directive 2011/83/EU and subsequent amendments), Users who purchase a paid digital Product have the right to request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase, except in the following cases:
- the User has already started using the digital Product or service,
- the User has expressly consented to waive the right of withdrawal at the time of purchase.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised within the applicable timeframe and under the conditions indicated above, the Owner shall refund all payments received from the User within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method chosen by the User, unless otherwise agreed.
US Users
For Users residing in the United States, refunds will be granted in accordance with the Owner’s refund policy, which will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise specified, digital Products that have been delivered and are already accessible are non-refundable, except in the following cases:
- technical malfunctions attributable to the Owner that prevent access to the Product,
- any mandatory provisions required by applicable federal or state laws.
The Owner reserves the right to assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis, with the aim of ensuring fairness and transparency towards Users.

No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by the User from the Owner or through the Service will create any warranties not expressly set forth in this document.
Without limiting the foregoing, the Owner and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, joint venturers, partners, suppliers, and employees do not warrant that the content is accurate, reliable, or correct; that the Service will be available at any particular time or location, uninterrupted or secure; that any defects or errors will be corrected; or that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components. Common Provisions
No Implied Waiver
Failure to exercise legal rights or claims arising from these Terms by the Owner does not constitute a waiver of such rights. No waiver may be considered definitive concerning any specific right or any other right. Every right of the Owner is preserved and may be exercised at any time, even if it has not previously been exercised in the event of a violation.
Service Interruption
To ensure the best possible service level, the Owner reserves the right to interrupt the Service for maintenance, system updates, or any other modifications, giving proper notice to Users. Interruptions will be carried out, as far as possible, during times of lower usage to minimize the impact on Users.
To the extent permitted by law, the Owner reserves the right to suspend or completely terminate the Service. In the event of Service termination, the Owner will endeavor to ensure that Users can extract their Personal Data and information in accordance with the law. The goal is to ensure that no User loses access to their data irreversibly.
Furthermore, the Service may be unavailable for reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Owner, such as force majeure (e.g., strikes, infrastructure malfunctions, blackouts, etc.). The Owner cannot be held responsible for such interruptions, although every effort will be made to restore the Service as soon as possible.
Intellectual Property
Without prejudice to any more specific provisions contained in the Terms, the intellectual and industrial property rights, such as copyrights, trademarks, patents, and models relating to Accademica, are exclusively held by the Owner or its licensors and are protected under applicable international intellectual property law and treaties. Such rights cover all elements of the Service, including software, graphic interfaces, text, and images.
All trademarks – whether word or figurative – and any other distinctive sign, company name, service mark, illustration, image, or logo that appear in connection with Accademica are and remain the exclusive property of the Owner or its licensors and are protected under applicable international intellectual property law and treaties. Any unauthorized use of such trademarks constitutes a violation of the Owner's rights.
Changes to the Terms
The Owner reserves the right to modify the Terms at any time. In this case, the Owner will give appropriate notice of the changes to Users, using tools such as email, notifications within the Application, or other appropriate channels.
The changes will affect the relationship with the User only for the future. Users will always be informed in advance, allowing them to make an informed decision about continuing to use the Service.
Continued use of the Service implies acceptance by the User of the updated Terms. If the User does not wish to accept the changes, they must cease using the Service. Failure to accept the updated Terms may give each party the right to terminate the Agreement.
The previous applicable version will continue to govern the relationship until accepted by the User. Such a version can be requested from the Owner. Users are encouraged to keep a copy of the Terms for future reference.
If required by applicable law, the Owner will specify the date on which the changes to the Terms will take effect. The changes will not have any retroactive effect on the rights and obligations of the User.
Contact Information
All communications related to the use of Accademica must be sent to the contact details provided in this document. Users may contact the Owner for any clarification, support request, or information on the Terms and Conditions.
Severability Clause
Should any of the provisions of these Terms be or become null or ineffective under applicable law, the nullity or ineffectiveness of such a provision shall not cause the remaining provisions to become null and void, which shall therefore remain valid and effective. The remaining provisions will continue to govern the relationship between the Owner and the User.
Any invalid or ineffective provision shall be construed and adapted to the extent necessary to make it valid, effective, and consistent with the original intent. In this way, it is ensured that the agreement between the Owner and the User continues to produce effects in line with the parties' original intentions.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Exclusive jurisdiction to deal with any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Terms lies with the court of the place where the Owner is established, as indicated in the relevant section of this document. This provision is intended to ensure that all legal matters are resolved by a competent authority familiar with the local regulatory context.
